Marshall Teacher Residency is a one-year accelerated teacher preparation program that emphasizes school embedded, hands-on practice, and mentorship. Our residents serve students in diverse and innovative K-12 classrooms within our partner schools network for the full academic year. Residents apprentice while also completing credentialing coursework leading to a California Teaching Credential.
