Control Systems Engineer (Colorado State University 2025)

This role is for any entry-level engineer (0–3 years of experience) with a planned start date in Summer 2026. We have an exceptional onboarding and training program to help align your skillset with our technical offerings.

Responsibilities:   

  • All engineers at DMC focus on programming and software solutions, such as:
  • Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels
  • Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects
  • Manage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks
  • Develop and grow leadership skills
  • Note: 25-50% travel is required for some positions, with additional benefits for higher travel commitment

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.4
  • Interest and ability to program in text-based languages and object-oriented concepts
  • Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
