Impact MBA Student Ambassador

Job Start: August 18th, 2025

Job End: December 12th, 2025

Pay rate: $20 an hour, 5 hours per week

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

You must be a 3rd semester Impact MBA student to qualify. 

The positions will report to Shelby Sack, Impact MBA Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

Prospective Student Recruitment

Impact MBA Ambassador position serves to assist with tasks related to prospective student recruitment.

The Impact MBA Student Ambassador will do outreach and have calls with prospective students, share their experience and answer questions. This position will represent the Impact MBA program at local recruiting events, such as graduate school fairs, information sessions, and networking meetups.

Incoming Cohort Transition 

Create a Calendly link to share in the weekly newsletter to assist incoming cohort transition to support a successful first semester. Advise incoming cohorts on topics you’re already familiar with as a 2nd year student, for example: 

  • Canvas
  • Campus Resources
  • Advice for success in classes, study tips and connecting to study groups
  • Transitioning into living in Fort Collins Community and the USA for international students
  • Sharing your experience with prospective students (recruitment)
