Seeking a part-time undergraduate research assistant for an interdisciplinary research team. The undergraduate research assistant will support an NSF-funded grant called “Build it Green!” that involves the creation, testing, and evaluation of innovative new green building educational tools for middle school students. The research assistant will work with the team across CSU and the University of Missouri, joining key weekly team meetings. The research assistant will be primarily involved in cleaning, organizing, and conducting light analysis of social data. There will also be a need to support the creation of literature reviews of scholarly journal articles in preparation for manuscript writing. These efforts will support the team’s effort to prepare for academic conferences and submissions to academic journals.

Job Duties:

  • Organizing and preparing social data (e.g., interviews and student assignments) for data analysis
  • Conducting literature reviews to support the writing of academic papers
  • Supporting the analysis of qualitative data using analytical software (training provided)
