The One Water Solutions Institute is seeking a self-motivated, multi-tasking, organized student employee with a background in environmental modeling using the Environmental Resources Assessment & Management System and novel Cloud Services Implementation platforms developed by Colorado State University.
Requirements
- Current Colorado State University undergraduate or graduate student (MS/MA) student
- May work up to 20/hours per week
- Must be available to work during spring, summer, and fall semesters
- Digital proficiency with environmental modeling analysis systems; use technology to communicate, problem-solve and complete tasks in a responsible manner
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and prepare data process for urban water usage data
- Automate QA/QC processes
- Conversion of MatLAB code to python
- Prepare and support environmental modeling inputs
- Analyze and summarize environmental modeling outputs
- Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines with successful completion of work
- Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, and communicate changes in work schedule
