Everitt Real Estate Center Student Coordinator

Position Summary

The Everitt Real Estate Center is currently seeking a part-time student employee to assist the Center with marketing, promotional materials, online presence and events.

Required Job Qualifications

  • CSU student
  • Committed to working Spring 2026, option to continue if not graduating
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects/priorities
  • Excellent writing/grammar/communication skills
  • Office 365, and Canva design knowledge
  • Social media knowledge (ie Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Sociable and friendly
  • Quick learner
  • Able to take direction well and without prompting

 

Preferred Job Qualifications

  • College of Business or Construction Management student (real estate and/or finance, real estate minor, marketing students preferred)
  • Interest in impacting the real estate program and its students
  • Strong desire to improve processes
  • Self-starter and can take initiative
  • Creative individual with strong passion for marketing, networking, and event involvement

 

Essential Duties

  • Create content for and maintain social media accounts for the Center
  • Assist the leadership and staff with event pre-planning and day-of duties
  • Create weekly EREC student newsletter in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create weekly promotional slide for Real Estate Faculty
  • Assist with admin duties – processing receipts, organizing files, etc.  
  • Greet students and alums at the Center
  • Promote student events and Real Estate Club
  • Talk to real estate classes about upcoming events and student experience opportunities
  • Attend industry events with EREC staff (CREW, NCCAR, NAIOP, ULI, BizWest, etc.)
  • Student liaison between EREC and the Real Estate Club
  • All other duties as assigned
