Position Summary
***THIS IS A WORK STUDY POSITION ONLY.***
Applicants must have a Work Study Award for 2025-2026. Proof of Work Study is required to be considered for the position!
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: This position will not start until Spring Semester 2026. Training will be conducted before school starts. It is imperative the applicant will be back in Fort Collins by January 12th at the latest. (Date can be flexible on a case by case basis)

Essential Duties:
Wage: $15.16/hr PLUS Credit Card AND Cash Tips
We are searching for hardworking and energetic Baristas to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that's welcoming and engaging. Being that we are located in the Lory Student Center you will find yourself making connections with professors, faculty, students, and visitors from around the globe. We love our customers, and we love our team, we are a big family who share the motivation to do our best and serve the best coffee with big smiles and lots of love. As a Barista your responsibilities are as follows:
Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
Follow health and safety guidelines
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Contribute to a positive team environment
Help keep your teammates accountable for their chores and responsibilities
Be honest, transparent, and authentic within the workplace
Be okay taking direction from a student manager
Be respectful to your peers and all who you come in contact with
