We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our Preconstruction team in one of our regional offices: Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbus, Northern Virginia, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or San Jose.

What You’ll Do
As a Preconstruction Office Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in managing and coordinating estimating and purchasing processes for our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and understanding construction design documents and specifications.
• Preparing accurate construction cost estimates and quantity surveys across various scopes of work.
• Managing cost and design issues to optimize project outcomes.
• Coordinating trades and gaining exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Overseeing project purchasing, including scope coordination, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking recent graduates and emerging professionals who are eager to contribute to impactful projects. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or a related field.
• Internship experience in construction management, preconstruction, or estimating.
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• A collaborative and “team-first” mindset.
