Required Job Qualifications:
- demonstrated interest in aerospace engineering
- course work in engineering, computer science, physics or related fields
- strong communication skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- demonstrated hands on skills with electronics, additive manufacturing, or computer coding for scientific applications
Essential Duties:
- participate in DemoSat program under guidance of Dr Yalin and graduate students
- develop a payload for a high-altitude balloon
- commit to providing needed written reports and to participating in the Colorado Undergraduate Space Research Symposium in spring 2027
Pay Rate
$22.50 per hour, but really $9,000 stipend for 10 weeks at 40 hours per week
