Required Job Qualifications:

• demonstrated interest in aerospace engineering
• course work in engineering, computer science, physics or related fields
• strong communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• demonstrated hands on skills with electronics, additive manufacturing, or computer coding for scientific applications

Essential Duties:

• participate in DemoSat program under guidance of Dr Yalin and graduate students
• develop a payload for a high-altitude balloon
• commit to providing needed written reports and to participating in the Colorado Undergraduate Space Research Symposium in spring 2027

Pay Rate

$22.50 per hour, but really $9,000 stipend for 10 weeks at 40 hours per week
