Project Manager

Hospitality Plus is offering an excellent opportunity to join the world of FF&E purchasing and hospitality design. We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated and detailed oriented Project Manager  to be a part of our ever growing team. The ideal candidate would enjoy seeing projects from conception through completion. Partnering with our internal design department as well as outside design firms to manage full hotel renovations, and or new constructions across the U.S.  

The Project Manager is responsible for the efficient implementation of all aspects of customer projects, to include full accountability for the management and oversight of the company’s most complex and high profile projects. This is accomplished through an in depth understanding of the design intent, promises made, and managing expected obstacles to meet the customer’s stated expectations.

  • Project Managers represent a value added service to our customers. They control the expediting, coordinating and reporting by having tremendous influence in the successful implementation of a project, managing all aspects of the interaction between the customer, GC and many internal departments.
  • The Project Manager directs and coordinates all project scheduling, delivery implementation and problem resolution to meet established project completion dates.
  • Project Managers work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and directions of each project is on schedule, as well as other department support.
  • The Project Managers has a strong ability to negotiate problem resolutions and settlements, making decisions affecting profitability and process.
Hospitality Plus will provide extensive on the job training and will work closely with the Vice President, Director of Operations and various sales reps. We welcome and encourage feedback from those we work with to improve current business practices. 
Required:
-Teamwork mentality.

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
-Takes direction well but also suggests solutions to problems that result in a better client experience.
