Product & Development Intern

Position Summary

The Product & Development Intern at Pyx Health supports the CTO's organization across a range of product, technology, and operations initiatives. This is a generalist role designed to give a motivated student broad exposure to how a health technology company builds and improves its products and systems. Work will vary based on team priorities and may span Salesforce support, product documentation, research, testing, and cross-functional coordination. The intern will contribute alongside product managers, developers, and operational teams and is expected to be adaptable, curious, and self-directed.

What You Will Do

Day-to-day work will shift based on where the team needs support. You can expect to:

• Assist with Salesforce tasks including data entry, basic configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support product and project work by drafting documentation, taking meeting notes, and tracking action items.
• Research tools, platforms, or workflows and summarize findings for the team.
• Help test new features or system changes and document results clearly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process, product, and priorities.
• Take on ad hoc assignments as business needs evolve throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Comfortable working across both business and technology contexts without needing deep expertise in either.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks without close supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, project management tools, or basic data work is a plus but not required.
• Genuine interest in health technology or mission-driven work is appreciated.
