Position Summary
RamRide falls within the office of Off-Campus Life. The RamRide Nightly Operations Coordinator (NOC) is responsible for co-leading one nightly operation each week (Friday or Saturday) in accordance with all RamRide policies and procedures, three weekends a month. NOCs will also be responsible for holding a minimum of six (6) office hours per week where they will complete assigned office tasks and be cross-trained in Off-Campus Life administrative duties to provide further customer service. NOCs will assist during the week with Food Ops and weekly operations. During nightly operations, two coordinators on duty will co-lead volunteer training, assist in checking in all student volunteers, vehicle assignments, and other nightly operation duties. All coordinators will meet with the Graduate Assistant bi-weekly to receive feedback on performance during nightly operations and project progress.

Required Job Qualifications
Have a Driver’s License and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check and background check
Be accepted for enrollment as a regular degree-seeking student at CSU
Be in good academic and disciplinary standing according to CSU standards
Be able to commit to the position until at least May 2027
Possess a commitment to working with diverse populations, identities, and experiences
Preferred Job Qualifications
Event planning experience
Understanding basic use of Microsoft 365 suite of programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Off-Campus Life programs and events
Experience presenting in front of groups of varying sizes
A cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
Essential Duties
Facilitate RamRide Nightly Operations, which includes training volunteers, managing the dispatch system, responding to emergencies, and problem solving if any issues come up throughout the night
Assist with RamRide sister programs, such as RamRide Food Operations
Assist students who visit the Off-Campus Life office to ask questions about serving as a RamRide volunteer, sign contracts, submit documentation, etc.
At times, support general front desk/reception duties, including but not limited to answering phones, keeping stats, greeting/assisting customers, office upkeep/cleaning, etc.
Actively participate in various office programs and presentations
