Machine Learning Engineer

Agentative is an agentic AI/ML platform powering businesses doing millions of dollars of revenue annually across the US and the world through the current private beta program. As we are officially partnered with TikTok and Amazon, our platform allows for full stack agentic automation of businesses ecommerce operations platform built for multi-brand agencies selling across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart. We are a fast moving early stage startup with real enterprise clients and multi agent based multi-agent backend running on AWS. As a Software Engineer, you will work directly with the founding team to build, test, and improve the analytical intelligence layer of our platform as well as have creative control and input on the product and features and choose what you do specifically. At Agentative we believe putting many minds together is a crucial step in creating a product that is bigger than ourselves. Work with large scale ecommerce datasets spanning orders, listings, and revenue across multiple marketplaces. Build and evaluate predictive models for sales forecasting, trend detection, and inventory optimization. Support our AI Economist agent with data pipelines and statistical modeling. Translate raw platform data into actionable insights for our agency clients. Collaborate on prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks for our LLM based agents. We are looking for students and graduates with a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, that have a strong foundation in Python, and knowledge in AI agents and ML systems. Familiarity with SQL and working with structured relational data is also a plus as you will be working hands on with the team on deploying real local server infrastructure in Fort Collins and have input on the product and daily tasks as opposed to being set to do a list of busy work. At Agentative our paid internships work as a potential pipeline to real long-term careers as we work to build long term relationships in building a product better than ourselves with employee equity vesting. We plan to evaluate performance and consider the possibility of a full time position paying a minimum of a six figure annual salary with standard equity vesting.
