Position Summary
The Art and Art History department is seeking to hire a Work-Study Student to work as the Circulation Assistant for the Wold Research Center. The Circulation Assistant will work independently to manage the circulation collection, which is housed in it's own room and includes a check out window, and will communicate policy to students and help maintain the collection while creating greater access to equipment that might be outside the student's budget.

Required Job Qualifications
Must have work study award.
Current CSU student.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of cameras, documenting work and basic understanding of databases.
Would like someone who wants to keep position long term over multiple semesters.
Interest in art and the creative field.
Essential Duties
Manage circulation of art related technology for Department of Art and Art History students, staff, and faculty.
Cataloging and metadata management of assets.
Interact with department, faculty, students, and staff to provide digital documentation resources for the art program.
Manage inventory process on the database to ensure the collection is up to date.
