In this leadership position, you will lead a team responsible for developing accessible and accurate insights using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, and advanced programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). To be successful in this role, you should bring knowledge of budgeting, planning, employee development, supervision, public relations, and human relations. Strong skills in interviewing,  social sciences, electronic data processing, including advanced programming and analytics tools, are important. You will need proficiency in project management and Lean Six Sigma methods, Microsoft Office applications, and data visualization platforms. The role requires the ability to reason through complex variables, use statistical analysis, develop and edit technical publications, organize detailed information, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
