The Pride Resource Center and our programs are open to all students and community members interested in connecting with the LGBTQIA+ community. Pride provides programs and services to support the retention and thriving of all students through providing access and opportunity for student success, community building, advocacy and leadership, resources, educational programs, and community outreach.

Position Summary
The Pride Resource Center hires student performers for drag shows and other events throughout the year. This event is for the Welcome Back BBQueer hosted by the Pride Resource Center, SAFE Center, and Student Disability Center scheduled for Friday, August 28th from 5 – 7 PM at the Mary Ontiveros House (645 S. Shields St in Fort Collins). These positions will perform per the agreement between the staff of the Pride Resource Center and the performers.

Required Job Qualifications
Be a currently enrolled CSU student in good academic standing.
Available on Friday, August 28 from 4:30 – 7 PM.
Interest in supporting the mission of the Pride Resource Center.
Essential Duties
Curate a drag performance (<7 min) to align with the theme of the BBQ: Bugs, Insects & Picnics. [Creativity]
Performers are expected to actively communicate with the staff of the center, including arrival time, song choice, payment information, and other details to ensure a successful performance. [Verbal and Written Communication]
All performances and song choice must comply with CSU Policy and be for audiences of all ages. [Personal Accountability]
