Farming and Irrigation Employee

Fagerberg Farms is seeking a full time farming employee.  This individual will be learning the detail oriented practice of growing onions.  We will also be teaching this employee to work with our underground "drip irrigation" system.  We believe in utilizing the best equipment and technology available in the agricultural industry today.  Other crops in our rotation include corn, beans and wheat.  Farming experience is not required, simply a strong work ethic and the desire to work in agriculture.  Though Fagerberg Farms realizes the necessity of down time for our employees, spring and fall seasons (planting and harvest) typically require long work days.  For someone who wants to pursue a career in agriculture, Fagerberg Farms provides an opportunity no other farm in northern Colorado can offer.  We are looking for an employee who wants a career, not just a job.  Fagerberg Farms employees are committed to our company, just as we are committed to them.  Most of our employees have been with the company for 20-30 years.
