Leisure Sales Site & VIP Specialist

SUMMARY

Manage, prepare and execute site tours for Travel Agents and VIP guests booking lodging at resort. Work with Travel Agents to book and manage reservations, activities and amenities for Leisure and VIP guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Exhibit exceptional knowledge of Sundance history, vision, and amenities to execute accurate and effective site tours and make viable recommendations for the guests.

Manage site tours for visiting Travel Agents.

Communicate details of stay with Director of Sales and Travel Agents including dates, creating property site tour agendas, activities, meals and amenities.

Execute site tours with Travel Agents including tours of property and lodging units.

Host meals and activities with the Travel Agents during site inspections as directed.

Effectively communicate with Travel Agents to ensure guests booked by Travel Agents have activities, amenities, meals and transportation booked and confirmed.

Create itineraries for Travel Agent guests and document confirmations.

Write welcome letters for Travel Agent guests 24 hours prior to arrival and submit to the Front Desk for placement in guest’s room.

Ensure all Travel Agency amenities are noted on reservations and delivered to guests.

Ensure guests have a unique and outstanding Sundance experience through attention to detail and anticipating the guests’ needs.
