Information Technology (IT) Intern
This is a six to twelve-month part time (30 hours/weekly) position. Position serves as the first point of contact to assist end users experiencing difficulties with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Performs workstation replacements in accordance with IT equipment lifecycle and assists IT employees with work plan and special projects.
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in a technical, two-year, or four-year program; or be a recent college graduate. Major or program emphasis must be in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline.
- Must demonstrate strong technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
- Must be able to accurately follow oral and written instructions, be detailed oriented with focus on accuracy and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and vendors.
