Ro Health is currently searching for an entry-level Staffing Consultant to hire and train in its Burlingame office. As a Staffing Consultant, you will wear two hats, an Account Manager and a Recruiter. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day delivery of supporting our clients. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting healthcare providers to help our clients take care of their patients.

Ro Health is a medical staffing company with offices across the West Coast. We've received numerous awards, and we are searching for talent to take leadership positions in our growing healthcare staffing business.

This role involves sales, operations, negotiation, human resources, customer service, and basic finance. Our program will equip you with the fundamental skills to create a successful career in business.

Staffing Consultants begin learning our business in a local branch. We offer a hands-on learning environment where you will receive the mentorship and support you need to be successful. Our training program will teach you the skills you need to eventually run your own branch, develop new clients, and build a team.

We prioritize delivering for our clients and caring for our providers. In order to do that, you'll develop some fundamental business skills -- customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
