The Guest Service crew member hosts our guests while aboard. Engaging with guests, food and beverage service, assisting guests with purchases, participating in our retail program which focuses on locally made gifts and goods, keeping the vessel clean and inviting is how our Guest Service crew members spend most of their days. The Guest Service crew member is an ambassador of True Alaskan Hospitality; providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our international visitors, on a wide variety of tours. Other duties as assigned.
