Service Center Administrative Intern

Position Summary:
The Service Center Intern provides administrative support to assist with the Service Manager and Supervisor’s administrative duties. This person handles multiple, time-sensitive administrative functions, metrics and reporting. This position provides support for sales, project management and presentations for the Service Manager. 


Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assumes administrative tasks in support of daily operations of the Service Center
  • Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports that are required to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintains employee productivity reports.
  • Generates purchases reqs and manages purchase orders for the Service Center Manager
  • Participate on teams as needed to provide insight, perform best-practice research, set milestones, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Prioritize work effectively so that all tasks are completed on-time and accurately.

  • Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.


Experience:
  • No experience required.


Education:
  • Currently enrolled in a university at the Sophomore or Junior level
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
