Livestock Technician - Feeder
Select Sires, Inc. seeks a full-time Livestock Technician - Feeder for a position opening at the Headquarters facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to, mixing feed for total mixed ration, delivering feed to designated barns, monitoring and reporting bulls’ health and condition, managing silos and related equipment, cleaning hay and feed storage barns, and any other assigned related chores and tasks. Candidates must have valid driver's license and be insurable under the company's automobile insurance policy.
The work schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and working every other weekend. Hours are 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Duties, work schedule, and hours are subject to change to meet departmental need.
