Food & Beverage Outlets Manager
Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to support our team.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage two restaurants (Edgar's and Waypoint Bar & Kitchen)
- Lead and organize all special events in the restaurants and maintain an active involvement in revenue generating activities
- Work with the Executive Chef on the creativity and design of the food menu
- Enable staff to be successful through active coaching, positive communication, and training
General Requirements
- Minimum of four years' experience in food and beverage and at least two years in a management capacity
- Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort and/or Multi-Unit Restaurant required
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed that include nights/weekend/holidays
- Previous union supervision experience - preferred, but not required
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish - preferred, but not required
