Food & Beverage Outlets Manager
Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to support our team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage two restaurants (Edgar's and Waypoint Bar & Kitchen)
  • Lead and organize all special events in the restaurants and maintain an active involvement in revenue generating activities
  • Work with the Executive Chef on the creativity and design of the food menu
  • Enable staff to be successful through active coaching, positive communication, and training
General Requirements
  • Minimum of four years' experience in food and beverage and at least two years in a management capacity
  • Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort and/or Multi-Unit Restaurant required
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed that include nights/weekend/holidays¬†
  • Previous union supervision experience - preferred, but not required
  • Ability to speak both English and Spanish - preferred, but not required
