Feasibility Manager
DUTIES
- Support growth initiatives of Remington
- Create pro forma projections for new business opportunities
- Conduct market research
- Perform feasibility analysis
- Analyze key hotel metrics
- Gather hotel property and market due diligence data
- Communicate analysis insights to senior management
- Perform other projects as assigned
- Conduct ROI analysis, and financial projections for key projects
- Implement strategies in conjunction with other teams
- Prepare accurate, detailed monthly and quarterly reports
- Create ad hoc reports as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or accounting/finance
Career interest in the Hospitality Industry
Proficiency working with complex Excel-based models
Ability to build high-quality, attractive PowerPoint presentations
Investigative and analytical curiosity and a desire to succeed
Solid analytical skills, detail-oriented with the ability to collect, compile, and interpret data
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Ability to work as a team member
