Recruiting Coordinator Job Details
As a part of our sales team, Recruiting Coordinators are the first touch point for our student-athletes and their families who have reached out to NCSA through our marketing efforts and strategic partnerships. They identify top talent of college coaches daily!
Responsibilities
- Make an average of 60-100 calls a day
- Pre-qualify prospects
- Educate families on the recruiting process
- Schedule qualified prospects for our Senior Sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of professional experience, preferred in sales
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Desire to be on the phone for the majority of the day
- Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
- Former college student-athletes or coaches preferred
