Recruiter

As a recruiter for Westgate Park City, you will be responsible for finding the right talent to join our Westgate Team! With enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, and impeccable organizational skills you’ll ensure an excellent candidate experience for job candidates and build strong teams for all resort departments.

Job Responsibilities
·        Responsible for posting jobs on the ADP portal, recruitment websites and other social media resources/outlets to recruit the best talent
·        Actively recruit potential candidates using recruitment resources
·        Meet established goals to fill positions as outlined
·        Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
·        Conduct pre-screening interviews and set up interviews with department heads
·        Manage applicant tracking system (ADP)
·        Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
·        Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
·        Attend career fairs to build talent pool, brand recognition, and community relationships
·        Work hours may vary to include weekends and evenings as directed
·        Perform other special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
·        At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience for non-exempt and exempt positions preferred
·        Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills
·        Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a strong understanding and use of Outlook and Excel
·        Must be organized and detail-oriented
·        Must be able to represent brand image in a professional manner
·        Knowledge of the Park City hospitality industry and job market preferred
