Job Overview
The Purpose of this position is to directly interact with our membership to ensure they have a perfect experience at the bar or when dining at The Club. The Bartender is responsible for Member and Guest satisfaction thru prompt, accurate, and friendly interaction. The Bartender is responsible for memorizing Member’s names and becoming familiar with their specific drinks. This individual must possess the utmost professionalism while maintaining all Federal and State Liquor Laws and company standards.
General Responsibilities
·        Knowledge of all Liquor, Wine, Beer, and Beverage Products
·        Knowledge of all Regular Menu and Dining Features
·        Preparing the bar for service, including set-up, stocking, garnishes
·        Accuracy in the taking of Beverage and Food orders and prompt input of all orders into the POS system
·        Constant maintenance of the bar area including clearing of plates and refilling of beverages
·        Upselling of appetizers, desserts and drink features
·        Verifying all receipts and presenting completed receipts to the Member for signature
·        Assisting with special event set-up, service and take down as needed
·        Greeting all Members and Guests warmly with an appropriate greeting and smile
·        Adhere to grooming and uniform standards consistently
·        Knowledge of all upcoming events within all areas of the club and promotion of those events
·        Assist with Service when necessary including taking tables
Job Qualifications
·        High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
·        Previous high volume bartending experience required. Country Club experience preferred
·        Vast knowledge in Mixology of Liquor, Beer, and Wine
·        Excellent oral communication skills required
·        Positive interpersonal skills required
·        Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
