Senior Instructor for Air Force’s Precise Positioning Program (AFP4)-Contingent

As the ARA Senior Instructor for Precision Point Mensuration (PPM) you will work as a member of the Goodfellow AFB training team. You will be part of a unique team focused on developing the next generation of United States Air Force Targeteers, and as a certified PPM Instructor, you will develop the student’s analytical and critical thinking skills for real-world contingency operations.

As a senior Instructor supporting the Air Force, you will be responsible for:

In this position, you may be required to travel multiple times per year, for 2 weeks at a time to Goodfellow Air Force Base (AFB) in San Angelo, TX, and at other MTT locations within the Continental United States. This time will be spent conducting classroom training.

Your position is critical to develop Air Force student’s analytical and critical thinking skills, to include their understanding of current world events at the strategic level (inclusive of target systems).

As an Instructor, you will also evaluate student proficiency; compile and analyze student feedback; and provide senior leaders with recommendations regarding curriculum and course material improvements. You will incorporate feedback and lessons-learned into future course materials to continuously improve the quality of instruction.
