YOU ARE:

We have a NEW opportunity in our Santa Clara office for a full-time Sales Representative/Account Manager position. This is a full-time, exempt level role.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM24:
- Generate client referrals as well as foster existing and potential referral sources through field-based in-person sales activity (Hospitals, Doctor's Offices, Facilities, etc.)
- Sell and market our services directly to our clients and build solid relationships with all parties involved in their care
- Assist the sales team and Managing Director in account acquisition
- Ensure client satisfaction through managing our Quality Assurance outreach
- Display a strong commitment to the community by participating and supporting company hosted/sponsored community events, as well as, leading philanthropic events and campaigns

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 4 Year College Degree (BA/BS)
- 1-3 years of sales/customer service experience
- Home care/health care experience, preferred
- Strong interpersonal &communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-Starter
- Positive "Can Do" attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Leadership skills
- Available outside of normal business hours for consults, emergencies, or support
