We have a NEW opportunity in our Pasadena Office for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator. This is a full-time, exempt level position.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM24:
In-Office Interview Process
- Conduct caregiver interviews (individual and group)
- Administer all pre-employment paperwork & make conditional offer of employment
New Hire Orientation
- Conduct 5 hour in-person orientation for external employees, weekly
- Onboard Caregivers
Other
- Comply with all state and federal regulations
- Manage workers’ compensation mod duty employees, if applicable
- Pass out caregiver paychecks on paydays
- Assist the office with putting away Costco/Staples orders and maintaining a clean and professional office space
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Associates degree (AA/AS) required, 4 year college degree preferred (BA/BS)
- 1-2 years Customer service experience, or Human resources/recruiting experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organization skills
- Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated
