Associate Supply Chain Analyst
Generate or develop reports using defined reporting tools which may include statistical analysis for specific program processes. Handle details and assignments of a confidential nature. Exercise independent judgment and initiative while performing analytical duties to support Corporate and Business Unit objectives. Research problems and communicate with all levels on problem resolution. Support various programs and systems, and train internal customers on those programs and systems. Position may have concentration in specific business areas, processes or systems. Within in the area of Supply Chain Operations, the Vendor Master Associate Specialist position is expected to productively perform in all aspects of the Vendor Master processes, including but not limited to, maintaining the vendor master. Performs activities required to create, change and validate vendor master data. Perform basic statistical and relational analysis of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies and anomalies. Validate and syndicate changes to master vendor data as approved by business review process including but not limited to requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data. Communicate and liaise with business units to thoroughly understand business requirements and impact of master data changes. Inform and advise requestors and key stakeholders of status as appropriate. Review, validate and execute Vendor hierarchy create and change requests. SAP and SAP-Vendor Master experience preferred.
