Corporate Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join us in our corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to help us fill our corporate recruitment needs for our teams throughout the organization. Corporate Recruiters work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs and then strategize on ways to target top talent for both full time and part time positions.
You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, conducting background checks, while maintaining frequent communications to close and hire qualified candidates.

Your day-to-day
- Maintain a candidate pipeline by actively sourcing passive candidates by utilizing Boolean search methodologies job board sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and more
- Partner with University Career Centers and participate on-campus recruitment events
- Understand our culture to help assess candidate fit on behalf of hiring managers
- Make outbound calls to screen and pre-qualify candidates for in-person interviews
- Keep detailed notes and records in our Applicant Tracking System

- Campus relations, research, and outreach experience
- Understanding of the fast-paced nature of recruiting and working with a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail, including an eye for formatting and aesthetics
- Organization skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- A strong drive to ensure candidates have the best experience when applying to and interviewing with American Traveler
