
Cook / Prep
Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs preparing 3 fresh high quality meals a day for our Guests and Staff. This Cook position requires culinary training or previous work experience. You must have good knife skills and be competent in breakfast cookery, preparing salads and vegetables and baking desserts.
Being an integral part of a small team you must be flexible enough to be willing to do what is necessary while maintaining a sense of humor. An ability to maintain the balance of work and fun in our kitchen is essential.
As a private Ranch we enjoy a unique relationship with our guests. They will want to meet you and get to know you a little. You must be comfortable hosting our guests and will be in charge of the weekly breakfast ride cookout and assisting the sous chef with the weekly Barbecue.
Excellent gratuities, 5 day work week with 2 consecutive days off.
