Restaurant Operations Manager - Garden City, Utah

Cody’s Gastro Garage is a full-service restaurant located in Bear Lake, Utah and Paris Idaho. Cody’s opened in 2017 and has experienced a significant level of success. The Bear Lake area is a popular summer destination for families and is located approximately 2.5 hours from the Salt Lake Valley.

We are seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will assist our existing and very capable General Manager in improving our systems and procedures in an effort to strengthen our current restaurant operations and prepare for expansion into new markets.

You will assist us in providing inspired leadership for the operation of our restaurant, which involves the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also be assisting with the day to day operations, recruiting, and help promote a positive company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Successful candidates will have prior experience in operations management, leadership, and will be tech savvy. An understanding of financial management is also a plus. Restaurant experience is not required, but is a plus.

MUST be willing to relocate to the Bear Lake Valley and work ridiculously hard, in any capacity, during the summer months when we are slammed. We also have housing options available if needed.
