Did you know that Kohl's internships are conversion-based?
...What exactly does that mean?
Simply put, we give more than 70% of our interns a full time job offer to come back after graduation, once they complete the internship. For that reason, we look for candidates who have completed enough credits to be at an undergraduate junior level to be considered for a summer internship.
This is awesome news if you're a junior, but probably not what you wanted to hear if your grad date indicates that you're currently a sophomore.
But! If you're interested in Kohl's now, we would love to share more info with you about our Sophomore Career Expo. This spring, we’re taking the expo virtual!
At a high level, it's your opportunity to learn more about Kohl's, the inner workings of Store Management, and our internship opportunity (hint: it's pretty awesome). You’ll gain access to a virtual Kohl's store tour, hear from our Business Resource Groups about Diversity & Inclusion at Kohl’s, and learn interview tips all from the comfort of your own home. Plus, it's an easy way for you to express interest prior to your Junior year and receive a guaranteed interview for the 2021 internship.
