Summer Sales Associate (Intern)

Job Description: We are looking for a high energy person who is very passionate about sports and interacting with sports teams at an amateur level. We host and support events at our facility. We need someone who can grow traffic through our facility and get our brand out to customers. During this internship you will learn the ins and outs of successfully selling tournaments and programs at The Big House.

Our atmosphere is fast-paced, fun and our days go by quickly. 

Job Type: Paid Internship

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Utilize various market research techniques to grow the Big House brand
  • Customer service and client follow-up calls and quoting
  • Various sales generation activities via proactive phone campaigns
  • Update and utilize our CRM software
  • Ensure that all external communications are on-brand and utilize consistent messaging
  • Make follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with end-products and to drive further business opportunities
  • Be Creative!!!

Job Requirements:
  • Highly motivated with a great attitude, and a desire to help others via an engaging personality and upbeat telephone personality
  • Ability to maintain a high level of engagement with the customer base
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment
  •  Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills​​
  • ​A keen eye for visual design
  • Junior/Senior/Recent College Graduate
