The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) in Logan, UT is seeking an experienced and self-motivated intelligence analyst to support various mission activities. Preferred specialty areas include Scientific and Technical Analysis, Military Analysis, GEOINT, SIGINT, and All Source.

SDL, a University Affiliated Research Center, has been developing innovative technologies and solutions for cutting-edge DoD and intelligence programs for almost six decades. Our expertise is in space and airborne IR, VIS, UV, and RF sensors, small satellite technologies, test and calibration, cybersecurity, data visualization and assurance, and ground stations.

The intelligence analyst will use raw or compiled intelligence information to perform analyses in support of operational programs. Candidates must be cleared to handle highly sensitive information. They will use such information to make analytic assessments, decisions, and recommendations to inform both tactical and strategic missions. Some travel will be required.

· Gather and evaluate mission-specific information

· Produce reports and provide briefings on relevant data and conclusions

· Maintain intelligence file collections

· Monitor mission-relevant trends

· Make or contribute to predictions of future activities

· BS degree or equivalent experience in intelligence analysis

· Five or more years of experience within the US military or civilian intelligence community

· Critical thinking, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to organize and categorize information/data

· Up-to-date computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and Power Point

· Skilled in verbal and written communications with the ability to prepare and present information in multiple formats, including oral presentations and briefing papers

· Must hold a TS/SCI US Security Clearance

· Must be a US Citizen

· Must be able to travel
