REALTY SPECIALIST

Summary: As a developmental Realty Specialist, you will train and assist in

performing duties, such as:

Coordinate the granting of interests in civil real property.

Negotiate, draft, prepare, secure the execution of, and distribute out-grants, such as

leases, licenses, easements, and permits.

Negotiate for the acquisition of real property, leases, easements, rights-of-way and

other interests.

Manage and account for an inventory of real property assets.

Advises prospective out-grantees as to terms, conditions, and limitations of use and occupancy.

Conducts compliance inspections of out-grants, real property assets and lands. Coordinate and

participate in inspections geared towards protection of historic properties, archaeological

resources, endangered or threatened species of plant life and

wildlife, and other environmental concerns.
