Housing Development Specialist

Coordinate the development and implementation of Affordable Housing programs specifically focused on the construction and development project life cycle. Perform fiscal and project management functions supporting program activities in compliance with federal housing regulations.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in construction management, business, public administration, planning, or related field, and two (2) years’ experience in community development planning, construction management, construction project development, and fiscal management; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.

Must possess or be able to obtain prior to hire a valid driver’s license.
