Strategic Business Consultant - Sales Operations

What You'll Do

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting strategic sales initiatives to build opportunities to new and existing channels and performing analytics/ad-hoc reporting for business planning. You will also play a key role in managing business development activities across appficiency to generate exposure among alliance partners and maintain client relationships. Professionals in this role will be challenged to leverage their knowledge of business development, strategy  and streamlined operations to help grow our client base.

Responsibilities 

  • Support sales in the following lines of business:
  • Services
  • Products 
  • Integrations
  • Maintain a spotless CRM system by tracking new/existing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain ad hoc sales metrics, sales forecast pipeline and dashboard on NetSuite to monitor KPIs and overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate consultative sales cycle, scope out NetSuite needs of prospects and knowledge transfer to delivery teams. 
  • Work closely with other members of the Oracle NetSuite Sales team, Marketing, and Solution Consultants to deliver new business sales
  • Maintain regular communication and planning with operations to ensure capacity and availability of resources for new projects can be met upon close of sale 
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of our business applications, across our various lines of business
  • Manage and follow through leads from your own prospecting efforts, leveraging existing and new sales  contacts, as well as existing accounts and partners
  • Write, review, and negotiate contracts and terms with prospects 


Qualifications/Skills

  • Eligible to work in US
  • Business undergrad or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in software industry ERP, CRM a plus
  • Preferably with past sales work experience
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Cloud computing technologies
