DESCRIPTION

myMailHouse by Mortgage Connect is looking for two (2) Customer Support interns to be liaisons between Mortgage Connect and our digital mail house customers during the 2020 Fall season. The successful candidate(s) will be able to effectively solve customer issues and keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. For the right candidate(s), this internship has the potential to convert to a direct-hire position upon completion of the internship.


RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Provides prompt and courteous support to our customers on a variety of support channels, including: email, phone, and chat.
·        Develops clear and concise documentation on reported issues and subsequent resolutions.
·        Helps foster sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.
·        Follows company-outlined escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
·        Identifies potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
·        Completes other duties as assigned by manager.


REQUIREMENTS

·        Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
·        Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
·        Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. 
·        Previous IT or Customer Support experience is a plus.
