Reimbursement Associate
Vanda is seeking a Hetlioz Solutions Associate who will be communicating with Health Insurance companies, Pharmacy Benefits Management companies, and other players in the reimbursement space.
Responsibilities:
Individual will be expected to follow up on payer reimbursement status, communicate information to the payer and track communications.
Individual will be expected to perform data entry, match records, reconciliation and status updates around medical information.Individual will be expected to learn the reimbursement, medical payer, and prescription fulfillment space in detail.
Successful candidates will have the following background/experience:
- Medical Receptionist / Data Entry experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Experience with insurance verification/reconciliation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
