OAKWOOD RESIDENCE DALLAS UPTOWN has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly-motivated and enthusiastic Part-time Leasing Consultant!
The property is located at 2901 Cityplace West Blvd, Dallas, TX 75204
Schedule - Tuesday and Wednesday - 16 hours per week
Leasing – Customer Service – Sales
The Part-time Leasing Consultant qualifies a prospective guest over the phone or in person and sells them on the benefits of making Oakwood their home. The Part-time Leasing Consultant is also responsible for continuing excellent customer service throughout a guest’s residency in order to encourage referrals, lease renewals and ensure high occupancy.

What Your Day Is Like
- Maintain traffic, phone, cancellation and intent to vacate logs
- Conduct property tours
- Conduct phone presentations, schedule tours or close over the phone
- Book apartments and lease renewals
- Forward pertinent opportunities to corporate sales
- Run credit reports and complete reference checks on prospects
Best Candidates Will Have
- Knowledge in sales
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to solve problems using established procedure where some variation in interpretation is possible
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and co-workers
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in property management or multi-family
