Dispatcher/Router
The Dispatcher/Router is responsible for establishing, scheduling, and routing cost effective, safe and efficient transportation routes for students assigned to the district transportation system. Communicates problems and transportation routing concerns to the transportation supervisor(s). Must be able to respond calmly under pressure. Responds to questions related to routing, pickup and drop-off locations, time on the bus, staff assigned to routes, and communicates with parents/guardians, local school district personnel, etc., as requested by the director for transportation services.
