Workforce and Workplace Management Summer Intern

The Federal Reserve Board is seeking a student intern to help support and manage several projects, research and administrative work in the Division of Supervision & Regulation. This is a great opportunity for a graduate student with an academic focus on human resources and business acumen. The selected individual will be a part of the Workforce and Workplace Management and complete assignments that pertain to all aspects of an embedded human resources team.
Duties include:
1) Talent management support
2) Preparation of reports, research, and data analysis
3) PeopleSoft data entry
4) Drafting communications, research of best HR practices, program improvement, and evaluation.
5) Participate in special projects as assigned. May implement project recommendations.
Over the course of the internship, the student will: 
• Improve upon written and presentation skills
• Improve upon analytical skills
• Participate in creating leadership and staff development recommendations
While completing the above learning objectives, a student will gain experience in talent management programming, enhancements to current processes, and determine if an human resources career would be of interest upon graduation.

Salary listed is minimum offered.
