Intern - Business Undergrad Year Round

What Your Job Will Be Like
We are seeking an Intern - Business Undergrad Year Round.
On any given day, you may be called on to:
  • Enter and track data using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
  • Maintain program information on a Sharepoint or Confluence site
  • Document meeting minutes during program meetings
  • Track purchases/procurement's
  • Enter financial data in our corporate tools
  • Help create cost estimates for project manager or technical partners

Qualifications We Require
You bring the confidence and skills to be eligible for the job by meeting these minimum requirements:
  • Currently attending and enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate program
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
  • U.S. citizenship
Qualifications We Desire
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel or Word
  • Ability to learn new tools
  • Ability to work within a team environment
About Our Team
The Homeland Security and Defense Systems Mission Partner Department (8137) provides business solutions to the Broader National Security Technical Partners (Center 8700). Our team manages the suite of business requirements across the center including project managment, project controls, financial management and operations support. Our department is seeking an intern to help with our Critical Cyber Infrastructure Security program and will be part of a dynamic team that supports the Department of Homeland Security.

Security Clearance
