Global Product Stewardship Regulatory Manager/Project Leader

Are you motivated to become a Regulatory Manager/Project Leader within Home Care Global Product Stewardship (GPS)? As a North America (NA) Project Leader, you would be accountable for working with Product Development and Initiative Teams to ensure timely delivery of regional assessments and programs which include Human Safety, Regulatory, and Environmental Safety support. In this role you will coordinate with the different functions to ensure appropriate strategies and programs are put in place to support projects. The NA Regulatory Manager is accountable to provide strategic and day-to-day regulatory support for Surface Care products, for both current business and upstream technologies.
BS/BA in Life Science/Chemistry or equivalent at a minimum; MS optional. The job requires the ability to interpret data from different scientific disciplines (e.g., human & environmental safety, chemistry, biology) and from technical functions (e.g., Regulatory, Safety, PD, PR) to develop GPS strategies for new initiatives and current business. Proven record for leveraging technical mastery. The ideal candidate should be capable of quickly building technical mastery in NA regulatory requirements. Strong leadership skills to drive multifunctional projects forward. The role requires a high level of independence and the ability to quickly identify and overcome barriers to deliver strategic guidance to R&D and business partners, providing freedom to innovate while ensuring full compliance with global safety and regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires close interaction with different regions, functions, and the handling of complex information (safety, regulatory) that needs to be communicated in a simple and efficient way to facilitate the global decision-making process. Proven skill in managing complex issues to resolution. Strong bias to detail with the ability to identify & address key priorities under a heavy and diverse work portfolio.
