Cloud Systems Engineer - Remote

The SE will work closely with Engineering Project Delivery documents owners, project managers, application sponsors and the development team. He/she will coordinate with Engineering Department document content owners to gather input, review and format revised documentations and deploy them on SharePoint site. He/she will work with application sponsors to identify the core module and functions, document user requirement and change request, work with project manager to prioritize the project/task, communicate the requirement to the development team ensure the application functions as user request, document technical specifications and prepare a user guide.

Scope of Work
  1. Implement the process to maintain Engineering Project Delivery documents– ensuring
  2. content stays relevant and current
  3. EOL365 Enhancement – enhance Engineering Online Website
  4. Portal Development – a SharePoint site for Tenant Construction and
  5. Alteration Process
  6. Contract Conformance – SharePoint workflow development for conforming contracts
  7. TECNow Request Forms – create request forms and Implement the process
  8. Contract Closeout including Line Departments maintenance and support
Technical and Experience Requirement
  1. Strong system analysis skills – able to produce concept/scope documents, use case and
  2. system requirements documents
  3. Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  4. Excellent oral, written and communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
  6. Experience with Azure DevOps
  7. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
