Recruiter (Information Technology staffing)
Precision Systems has an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates (all majors welcome) to join our team in the Morristown, NJ area. Precision Systems is a premier consulting and recruiting firm with an impressive base of Fortune 500 clients. We recruit for some of the most exciting and innovative IT (Information Technology) projects in North America!

Our entire team has been working remotely since March 2020, and has had a tremendously successful year. We brought on newly-graduated Associate Recruiters fully remotely in the summer of 2020. Once it is safe in 2021, we will again return to a central office, likely in Parsippany, NJ, and have a hybrid model with some days working as a team in the office and other days working remotely.

Responsibilities:
As an Associate Recruiter, you will be:
- Searching for top-rated candidates from a variety of sources
- Interviewing candidates about available openings
- Helping develop and carry out a sourcing plan for finding new candidates
- Evaluating candidate skills
- Presenting candidates to clients
- Progressing toward promotion to Recruiter
You will be working in a team environment, under the guidance of senior recruiters, progressing toward promotion to recruiter. As one advances, responsibilities increase. An experienced recruiter is an expert at understanding the technical roles needed in business IT systems, identifying and evaluating candidates for these roles, and interfacing with clients during the recruiting process.
Compensation:
You'll earn a generous base salary plus commissions on the job placements you make. Your compensation will be driven in large part by your own skill and effort. A successful recruiter with Precision can readily progress to annual compensation well above $100K.
